Ingredients for 4 servings.
500 g of fresh spinach
1 small red and yellow peppers each – quarter, core and wash
1 onion – cut in halves and cut into thin slices
1 orange – half and half peel and cut into pieces. Press the other half
Take off your clothes
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
6 tablespoons of orange juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Two tablespoons of sesame seeds
Remove the stems from the spinach and wash the Prache cream leaves. Drain well and leave the larger papers in small pieces.
Divide the paprika quarters with a knife and cut them diagonally into the small size diamond.
Place it with spinach, onions and oranges in a salad bowl.
The sesame seeds are sautéed in a skillet without fat until they start to smell. Let it cool a bit and then grind the powder in the blender. Add vinegar, oil and orange juice to the sesame and mix briefly.
Spread the dressing over the power and mix well.
The roasted sesame seeds give the salad a wonderful aromatic flavor.
