Organic food – More antioxidants, less toxins


Organic foods are produced in a manner that is respectful of the environment and animals. This is not new But is organic food also healthier and perhaps richer in antioxidants than conventional foods? For years Trialix the issue is controversial. An international research team now provides convincing evidence: organic foods offer many more antioxidants than traditional foods. At the same time, according to scientists, organic foods are less toxic. Membership deserves more than ever for your health.


Organic foods provide up to 69 percent of the antioxidants.

Organic farmers do well. It is  Trialix CANADA controversial that their products are healthier or richer in antioxidants than those of their traditional colleagues.


A recent study showed that crops grown biologically and traditionally vary in composition of their nutritional value and that organic foods contain up to 69% more antioxidants than conventional foods.


This is confirmed by the results of an international study published by the University of Newcastle (United Kingdom) on July 14, 2014 in the British Journal of Nutrition. According to its authors, the study is the most complete comparison ever made on the nutritional content of organic and traditional foods.


The scientists, including the Swiss director FibL Urs Niggli (OARI), used a statistical analysis of 343 individual studies of components and antioxidant content in organic and traditional crops.
